About Subscriptions

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This page explains how paid subscriptions for “SingulaShop” (the “Service”), provided by Itsuki Ebina (the “Company”), work—including plan changes, usage limits, and automatic renewal.

1. Purchase channels

  • Web: subscribe via credit card payment through Stripe.
  • iOS app: subscribe via Apple’s App Store (in-app purchase). The Company may use services such as RevenueCat to sync subscription status.
  • If you subscribe to paid plans on both the web and the iOS app, you may be charged twice. Please cancel any unnecessary subscription.

2. Usage limits (AI credits)

  • Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Unused credits generally do not roll over to the next month.
  • AI credits are consumed based on the actual cost of AI usage. When the balance reaches zero, AI features are unavailable.
  • Specific allowances and reset timing are as shown on the pricing page or elsewhere on the Service.

3. Free trial

  • Eligible plans (for example, Standard) may include a free trial for a limited period (for example, three days).
  • Eligibility and conditions may differ by purchase channel (Stripe or the App Store) and by Apple’s or the Company’s determination.
  • If you do not cancel during the trial, you may automatically move to a paid plan and be charged the prescribed fees.

4. Upgrades

  • Moving to a higher plan (an upgrade) generally takes effect immediately.
  • You may be charged the difference.
  • A plan change may grant a new monthly AI credit allowance (whether unused credits carry over depends on the plan and what is shown in the Service).
  • Plan changes in the iOS app may be governed primarily by App Store / StoreKit rules.

5. Downgrades

  • Moving to a lower plan (a downgrade) may keep your current plan until the current billing period ends.
  • The selected lower plan may start on the next renewal (billing) date.
  • Plan changes in the iOS app may be governed primarily by App Store / StoreKit rules.

6. Automatic renewal (App Store)

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store generally renew automatically every month. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, your Apple Account will be charged for the next period. After purchase, you can review or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.

The renewal interval and price shown by Apple at purchase take priority over this summary.

7. Automatic renewal (web / Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased via Stripe on the web generally renew automatically every month and are charged to the registered payment method.

You can manage or cancel through Service settings, the Stripe customer portal, or other methods we provide.

8. Cancellation, management, and refunds

  • If you subscribed via the App Store in the iOS app, manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings (Apple Account).
  • If you subscribed via Stripe on the web, manage or cancel through the Service settings or the instructions provided.
  • After cancellation, you may still use benefits for any period already paid until that period ends.
  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds after provision has begun are generally not accepted. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple’s procedures; the Company may be unable to issue refunds directly.
