AI Disclaimer & Training Use Notice

SingulaShop is an AI chatbot. This page explains the nature of AI Output, disclaimers, and the review of chat content and its use for model training.

1. Disclaimer Regarding AI Output

  • Information presented by the Service—such as prices, inventory, shipping, specifications, and multi-store price comparisons (including estimated landed prices with shipping)—is reference information only and is not warranted for accuracy, completeness, or currency.
  • Displayed External Operators and product information may center on Japan-oriented or overseas stores depending on region and language settings.
  • Before purchasing, always verify the latest information on each shop or sales page.
  • The Service is not a seller; it is an information service that refers users to External Operators. Recommendations and external links may include affiliate advertising (not every link is an affiliate link).
  • Do not input confidential information such as credit card numbers, passwords, or My Number (individual number).

2. Review of Chat Content

To improve Service quality, detect unauthorized use, and provide support, the Company’s personnel may review the content of interactions including chats.

3. Data Deletion After Logout

  • When you log out, chat history and similar data on your device are erased immediately.
  • Chat history and similar data stored on the servers are, as a rule, deleted within 30 days. If you log in again within 30 days, the scheduled deletion is canceled.
  • Some data may be retained longer for legal obligations, security, prevention of unauthorized use, or similar reasons.

4. Use for Model Training and Quality Improvement

  • The Company may use chat content and similar data to improve Service quality and to develop, train, evaluate, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
  • Logged-in users can turn “Help improve the model” on or off from “Data controls” in settings. When turned off, the Company will not use that data for model improvement purposes.
  • Data that has already been anonymized or de-identified may fall outside the scope of deletion.
  • In connection with training and analysis, the Company strives, to the extent reasonably practicable, to take measures such as aggregation or anonymization.

5. Transmission to External AI Services

The Service transmits user inputs to external AI service providers (such as OpenAI) for AI processing. For details, please review the Privacy Policy.

6. Related Policies

This notice does not form part of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and is provided for reference. In case of conflict, the provisions of each policy prevail.
